Join our four-week evening sewing club at The Textile Workshop. Across the month you’ll enjoy weekly sessions to develop your skills, get guidance on your own projects, and share ideas with fellow makers. Whether you’re picking up a needle for the first time or returning to sewing after a break, this relaxed course gives you the time, tools, and support to grow in confidence and creativity.

Join us for Botanical Dye Day

Botanical Dye Day — Saturday 14 February 2026

Spend a joyful day learning natural colour at The Textile Workshop. We’ll explore plant-based dye baths, bundle dye/eco-print techniques, and simple mordants, then build a take-home swatch card and a set of dyed cotton/silk samples. All materials provided and beginners warmly welcome. A slow, sensory Valentine’s treat for makers and nature-lovers alike.

Stitch the Past Into Something Beautiful
This slow stitch kit invites you to create an heirloom-style piece layered with history. Using rescued vintage quilt, naturally dyed threads, and delicate lace, each bundle celebrates the beauty of reuse and the joy of slow, intentional making.

Perfect for fans of craftcore and nostalgic stitching, this kit is a gentle rebellion against fast fashion and throwaway culture — a way to honour the past while crafting something meaningful and new. Whether it becomes a journal cover, a visible mending patch, or a piece of textile art, it’s a chance to stitch your story into fabric that already holds one.
